The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a local area, so close to Dubrovnik, and the centre of the old town. The staff was superfriendly and accommodating which made me feel welcome. Comforts of suite were fabulous - an individual safe, central heating, and an iron with ironing board. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I had a perfect sleep. I came here for 3 nights and had a fantastic stay.

The location of this place is perfect, close to activities, cafes, and a supermarket, making the experience fantastic.

The staff were absolutely amazing! So helpful and accommodating, and excellent at communicating. They even organized a taxi for us and did our washing free of charge! The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. The location was jaw-dropping, right in the heart of the old town. The bed was super comfortable. The apartment was clean and tidy, and had all the necessary amenities, including Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The owners were really helpful and accommodating, making our stay even better. The security of the property was great, with good locks on both the main door and the studio apartment. The air conditioning was a lifesaver and the room was nicely cooled. we had a mind-blowing stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at Villa Flores for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. Perfect size for the 2 of us, and had everything we needed for a city break. The apartment was very clean and couldn't have asked for a better location which was just a few minutes walk from either of the gates. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating of our needs too. Would recommend this as a place to stay.

We loved the central and peaceful location of this hotel. It was situated on a quiet side street in the heart of old town, just a few minutes' walk from the main gates. The cleanliness was also impressive, with fresh towels and toiletries provided every day. The hotel facilities were perfect for our stay, including the comfortable armchairs and basic kitchenette.

Nestled on a quiet back street of the old town, this family-owned property is a comfortable base from which to explore the city. the studio apartment is cozy and has a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and a kitchenette complete with microwave. Fresh towels, toiletries and daily cleaning are provided. the shuttered windows offer privacy and the air conditioning is great. the owners are friendly, security is good, and WIFI is strong.

Walls may be thin and not soundproof throughout the entire building.

Had a great Christmas holiday in a wonderful apartment in the old town. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions but in a quiet street. The apartment had everything we needed, including a cozy bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The wifi was reliable and the air conditioning kept us warm. We appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept everything sparkling clean and tidy.

We would have preferred a slightly firmer mattress, as we found this one to be a bit too soft for us. , the shower drain was a bit slow, but it didn't cause too much of a problem.
